Week 6 Fantasy Football re-cap

Non PPR aka Standard Scoring studs and duds of the week

Due to Covid-19 the Kansas City Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills game was moved to Monday Night. The Falcons had one coach test positive and there was talk of canceling the game. That didn’t happen. I think Roger Goodell has done a great job this year of handling the pandemic. And it was Tua time in Miami as the rookie quarterback, from Alabama, got to play in garbage time vs the Jets.

Derrick Henry has a monster 94 yard td run!

Running Back Derrick Henry “Balled Out” and had 38.40 fantasy points against the Houston Texans. The Titans improved to 5-0 and are in first place in the AFC South. The Jaguars still stink and Da Bears are 5-1. Big Ben keeps making receivers like Chase Claypool. The Steelers are 5-0 for first time since 1978. The New England Patriots fall to 2-3 for first time since 2001 as Cam Newton and the offense struggle vs the Denver Broncos. Kyler Murray came back home to Texas and led the Arizona Cardinals to a 38-10 thrashing of the Cowboys. The Dallas Cowboys are still in first place at 2-3 in the dumpster fire NFC East.

Julio Jones suits up and the Falcons get off the schneid

The Atlanta Falcons fired their coach and got their first win of the season as Matt Ryan torches the Viking defense for 31.64 fantasy points. I have Matty Ice on my fantasy football team. The Jets cut running back Le’Veon Bell this week. Maybe they should fire their head coach as they drop to 0-6.

The Tampa Bay Bucs defense shuts down Aaron Rodgers

Bucs give Pack first loss of the season 38-10. Aaron Rodgers throws two interceptions including a pick six. A couple of teams bounced back nicely this week. The Colts came back from a 21-0 deficit to beat the Cincinnati Bengals 31-27. Jimmy Garoppolo was benched at halftime last week when the Charlie Tuna Gang aka Miami Dolphins put an Arse Whoopin’ on the 49ers. San Francisco busted out the 1994 “Deion” white Super Bowl uniforms and easily beat the LA Rams on Sunday Night Football.
