
Commish Kit - Our Return Policy
If for some reason you don’t get your draft board on time just refuse delivery when it arrives and it will be returned to us and we will issue you a full refund. We will look at the Tracking numbers from the post office and FedEX. If the draft board arrives on time but you are not home (post office leaves a note) and it is returned to us we will re-credit you the subtotal amount but not the shipping. We also charge a $5.00 re-stocking fee. If you would like us to resend it to you we will not charge you the $5.00 re-stocking fee but we will have to charge you for the additional shipping.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of you receiving it, as long as the product has not been used. We will then issue you a refund via your credit card or paypal minus the shipping (Parcel post, Priority, Over night.) We also will charge you a $5.00 re-stocking fee. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 10 days so we can fix it. E-mail us at customerhelp@commishkit.com or call us at 512.744.3740 and let us know. Don’t wait to check your order! Last season, someone had ordered their kit two months in advance, but didn’t check the labels until the night before their draft and then called to yell at us two months later because a page was missing. Don’t be that guy!
No stickers placed on the board will be accepted. All sheets of labels must be intact on all the pages. T-shirts must be unworn (NOT USED) if you want a refund. T-shirts may be exchanged for another size. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling when sending back for an exchange.
NOTE: When purchasing underwear, please make sure you order the correct size because underwear are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to Federal Health regulations.
If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card from us, we will let the banks and credit card companies handle the situation. We will provide them all the supporting documents that are necessary. (i.e.) invoice, online billing authorization, proof of delivery, tracking details, shipping details, terms and conditions, along with our return/refund policy and an explanation.
