IS IT SAFE TO PLACE MY CREDIT CARD # ONLINE? DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS AND OR MONEY ORDERS?

Yes, we use SSL technology to encrypt all communication between our website and our payment gateway.  We  also accept payment via PayPal through their encrypted website. We DO NOT accept checks. DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

Yes! Just order directly from this website and you’ll have the option to pay via Credit Card or  PayPal. Questions about your PayPal order can be emailed to us at customerhelp@commishkit.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY?

Yes! Just order directly from this website using your phone or tablet and you’ll have the option to pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay.  Note: Apple Pay or Google Pay must be enabled on your phone or tablet and have a credit card or debit card linked to it.  In addition, you will need to have your billing address, shipping address, phone number and email address also linked to the same card.  Questions about your Apple Pay or Google Pay order can be emailed to us at customerhelp@commishkit.com.

MY PACKAGE WAS DESTROYED IN TRANSIT. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Stuff happens and when it does give us a call at 512.744.3740 or e-mail us at customerhelp@commishkit.com and in the subject line put Damaged Kit.

Send us a pic of the destroyed package. We get reimbursed by the USPS. Let us know if the labels are okay and when your draft day is.

We will send you a new kit ASAP.

We can’t control what happens once the kits leave our loading dock, but what we can control is taking care of our customers and making sure that they have a great draft day.

WHAT IF I'M MISSING A PLAYER LABEL SHEET (I.E. RUNNING BACKS PAGE 5)? OR I ORDERED 2 KITS AND ONLY GOT 1.

Just call or email us and we will take care of it for you. Please don’t go on Facebook or Twitter to complain about our service. Things happen. We will get it out to you ASAP.

CAN I USE MY OWN FEDEX ACCOUNT NUMBER FROM MY JOB/BUSINESS FOR SHIPPING?

NO way Jose. We’ve had guys use FedEx accounts from their own jobs that they were not authorized to use. And we end up stuck with the bill. If you don’t want to pay for FEDEX overnight then don’t wait until the last minute to order your kits!

No, we do not at this time!

DO YOU GUYS OVER-NIGHT KITS? WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OR QUESTION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT?

Yes we do. Just gives us a call at 512.744.3740. The orders have to be put in before 12 Noon, Central Time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE ORDERS?

WHERE'S MY KIT?

We send you two confirmation e-mails once we have shipped your kit. One is from our store and the other is a Tracking # from the post office. www.usps.com If you have not received your kit within 6 days of placing your order please call us at 512.744.3740.

I TYPED IN MY TRACKING NUMBER AND GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THERE'S NO RECORD OF THAT PACKAGE. WHAT GIVES?

Sometimes the Post Office takes a day or two to update your tracking information on their site.

I TYPED IN MY TRACKING NUMBER AND GOT A MESSAGE SAYING MY PACKAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. WHAT HAPPENED?

First, check with a family member or housemate to see if they received it while you were gone. If no one in your household has it, it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Call us at 512.744.3740 and we will contact your local Post Office.

I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND I DIDN'T GET IT THE NEXT DAY.

Check your mailbox to see if the FEDEX left a card letting you know delivery was attempted while you were away. Sometimes, due to a variety of circumstances beyond our control (for example, delivery access to smaller or remote areas) an overnight shipment might arrive a day later than expected. If this happens, we will refund the extra cost of the overnight shipping.

I WON'T BE HOME DURING THE DAY TO ACCEPT DELIVERY. WILL THEY LEAVE THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF MY DOOR?

Probably not. If you want them to leave the package in front of your door, tape a note to your front door letting your postal carrier know.

+DO YOU UPDATE THE PLAYER SHEETS AS THE SEASON GETS CLOSER? OR IF I ORDER MY KIT TODAY, IS IT THE EXACT SAME KIT I WOULD GET IF I ORDERED IN MID AUGUST?

We don’t keep updating throughout the season — we get it right the first time. We have all the top rookies/players. We get our list from BRUNOBOYS and they are one of the leading fantasy football sites. Also, we get our Individual Defensive Player list from IDPGURU.COM. So yes, you will receive the same updated labels regardless of when you order your Commish Kit. Also, we include a marker and a few blank labels for each position just in case someone comes up out of nowhere during training camp.
