Week 7 of the NFL was crazy. Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals played into overtime, with the Cardinals winning on a Zane Gonzalez field goal. NFC West is the best division in football. Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has a season-ending injury, and Dallas quarterback Andy Dalton had his head knocked off by Washington’s LB Jon Bostic. The Saints don’t have a good defense but keep winning, and the Buffalo Bills won their game without throwing a touchdown. The Packers Davantae Adams is the best fantasy football wide receiver. The Chiefs didn’t need Patrick Mahomes as they trounced the Broncos 43-16. Chargers rookie QB Justin Herbert got his first W.
Battle of the undefeated!
The Steelers and Titans had a heavyweight fight with a battle of two 5-0 teams. Titans’ kicker Stephen Gostkowski missed a 44-yard field goal giving the Steelers the win and also remaining the only undefeated team in the NFL at 6-0.
Running Back Todd Gurley scores game losing touchdown!
The Atlanta Falcons keep finding new ways to lose. All the Dirty Birds had to do was run down the clock and kick a short field goal for the win, but the Falcons scored a touchdown on accident instead. That left the Lions just enough time to march down the field as quarterback Matt Stafford connected with tight end T.J. Hockenson for the game-winning touchdown as the clock expired. Hocks beat Falcons!
Tom Brady is winning the divorce
Brady is winning the divorce between himself and the New England Patriots. Terrific Tom threw four touchdowns as the Bucs beat the Raiders 45-20. Meanwhile, in New England, Cam Newton was god awful, and Bill Belichick benched him as the 49ers blew out the Patriots 33-6. It’s the Patriots largest home loss ever under Belichick.
