Colt’s running back Jonathan Taylor finally looked like the number one overall fantasy football draft pick in new head coach Jeff Saturday’s debut against the Raiders. He carried the ball 22 times for 147 yards and a touchdown and caught 2 targets for 16 yards in Sunday’s 25-20 win over the Raiders. Quarterback Matt Ryan who was supposedly done for the year, threw for 222 yards and a touchdown.

The New England defense held the hapless Colts to 3 points while sacking quarterback Sam Ehlinger 9 times with 1 interception and 1 touchdown. The Colts fired head coach Franck Reich the next day.
Say it ain’t so, Joe. Joe Mixon single-handedly demolished Carolina by rushing 22 times for 153 yards and four touchdowns in the Bengals’ Week 9 win over the Panthers, adding four catches on five targets for an additional 58 yards and a touchdown. 42-21
Kenyan Drake rushed 24 times for 93 yards and two touchdowns in the Ravens’ Week 9 win over the Saints Monday night 27-14.
The Rams have become the Detroit Lions as they are finding ways to lose. They couldn’t get a first down to seal the deal against the Bucs. So please don’t give the GOAT Tom Brady a minute to beat you because he will. He threw the game-winning touchdown to tight end Cade Otton with 10 seconds remaining on the clock. Cooper Kupp caught eight of nine targets for 127 yards and a touchdown for the Rams.
Aaron Rodgers completed 23-of-43 passes for 291 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions in the Packers’ 15-9 loss to the Lions. The Packers are done.

Week 8 Fantasy Football Recap!
Amazon Prime gave us a good game Thursday night between Baltimore Ravens and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Lamar Jackson completed 27-of-38 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns in the Ravens’ 27-22 win over the Bucs, adding nine carries for 43 additional yards. Now we know why Tom Brady doesn’t look like himself. He and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, finalized their divorce.
Fly, eagles fly. Jalen Hurts completed 19-of-28 passes for 285 yards and four touchdowns. A.J. Brown caught three of those touchdowns, adding 156 yards in the Eagles’ beat down of their in-state rivals, the Steelers, 35-13.
The cowardly Lions blew a 10-point halftime lead and lost 31-27 to the Dolphins. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa completed 29-of-36 passes for 382 yards and three touchdowns, while his teammate Jaylen Waddle caught 8-of-9 targets for 106 yards and two touchdowns and did his Waddle dance for all to see.
The Viking’s lead in the NFC North continues to widen after a brutal 34-26 win over the Arizona Cardinals. They are 6-1 in part to Dalvin Cook rushing 20 times for 111 yards and a touchdown and adding five catches for 30 yards.
We had a lot of fantasy points at Jerry’s World in Dallas. Quarterback Justin Fields completed 17-of-23 passes for 151 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions for the Bears, adding eight carries for 60 additional yards and one touchdown. Dak Prescott completed 21-of-27 passes for 250 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. Running back Tony Pollard rushed 14 times for 131 yards and three touchdowns for the Cowboys’ Week 8 win over the Bears 49-29.
Tennessee running back Derrick Henry had a typical Derrick Henry day rushing 32 times for 219 yards and two touchdowns in the Titans’ Week 8 win over the Texans.
Christian McCaffrey, aka CMC rushed 18 times for 94 yards and a touchdown adding eight receptions for 55 yards and an additional touchdown. And he also threw a 34-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Aiyuk in the 49ers’ eighth straight regular-season win over the Rams 31-14.
Travis Etienne is why the Jaguars traded running back James Robinson to the Jets. Travis rushed 24 times for 156 yards and one touchdown in the Jaguars’ loss to the Broncos in London, England.
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are done. So stick a fork in them. Green Bay lost their fourth straight game Sunday night in Buffalo, falling 27-17 to the Bills at Highmark Stadium. Stefon Diggs caught 6-of-8 targets for 108 yards and a touchdown for the Bills.
D.J. Moore caught 6-of-11 targets for 152 yards and a touchdown, but the Carolina Panthers were penalized after he scored a TD in the last minute. DJ Moore took his helmet off, and a flag was thrown. Panthers missed the extra point and lost in OT. But Moore was off the field when he removed his helmet. D’Onta Foreman rushed 26 times for 118 yards and three touchdowns in Carolina’s overtime loss to Atlanta, adding a two-point conversion.
Josh McDaniels is a good offensive coordinator, but he’s not a good head coach. As a result, the Raiders got shut out by the Saints 24-0. New Orleans Running back Alvin Kamara rushed 18 times for 62 yards and one touchdown for the Saints adding nine catches for 96 yards and two touchdowns on ten targets. There were trade rumors that he would be traded to the Philadelphia Eagles all week.
And finally, congrats to New England head Coach Bill Belichick as he wins his 325th career game (including playoffs), passing George Halas for second all-time. The Patriots defeated the New York Jets 22-17.

Week 7 Fantasy Football Recap!
Amazon Prime gave us a good game Thursday night between the Arizona Cardinals and the New Orleans Saints. All-Pro Wide Receiver DeAndre Hopkins returned from a six-game suspension and helped the Cardinals win 42-34. Eno Benjamin rushed 12 times for 92 yards and a touchdown for the Cardinals.
Quarterback Dak Prescott returned to the Cowboys after missing 5 games with a thumb injury. Unfortunately, he had a low-scoring fantasy football day with only 207 yards passing and 1 touchdown. The fantasy monster of the day was the Cowboys Dooms Day Defense, as they only gave up 6 points and had 5 sacks, 2 interceptions, and 3 fumble recoveries in their 24-6 victory over the Detroit Lions.
The Carolina Panthers traded away superstar running back Christian McCaffrey to the 49ers earlier in the week. Then, they went to Tampa Bay and pulled the year’s upset as they beat the Bucs 21-3. Tom Brady only had 290 passing yards and 0 TDs for the Bucs.
Patrick Mahomes, JuJu-Smith Schuster, Mecole Hardman, and Travis Kelce all had monster fantasy numbers as the Kansas City Chiefs blew out the 49ers 44-23.
Nick Chubb had 16 rushes for 91 yards and a touchdown in the Browns’ loss to the Ravens.
Raider’s running back Josh Jacobs rushed 20 times for 143 yards and 3 touchdowns in the win over the Texans.
The Seahawks don’t rebuild. They reload. Quarterback Geno Smith is one of the top quarterbacks in the league, and rookie running back Ken Walker III has become a fantasy starter since Rashaad Penny injured his leg. Walker rushed 23 times for 168 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Seahawk’s win over the Chargers 37-23. Austin Ekeler rushed nine times for 31 yards and 1 touchdown, adding 12 catches for 96 yards and a touchdown for the Chargers.
Bengals QB Joe Burrow completed 33-of-42 passes for 481 yards and 3 touchdowns, adding 20 rushing yards and a touchdown. His BFF Ja’Marr Chase caught 8-of-11 targets for 130 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Bengals’ win over the Falcons 35-17. However, the Falcon’s Tight End, Kyle Pitts, is a fantasy bust. He has 178 receiving yards and 1 touchdown through six games.
Colt’s quarterback Matt Ryan looked like a fantasy stud throwing for 398 yards and 3 touchdowns last week. This week he threw for 243 yards 1 touchdown, and 2 interceptions. Unfortunately, he hurt his should and lost his starting job. His teammate Jonathan Taylor is the biggest fantasy bust of the year. He was the consensus number-one overall draft pick in almost every fantasy football league. He had 58 rushing yards in the Colt’s loss to the Titans 19-10.
Speaking of losses, the Jet’s rookie sensation Breece Hall is out for the season after tearing his ACL. And it looks like Mac Jones lost his starting QB job to Bailey Zappe. On a positive note, Tua Tagovailoa returned to the Dolphins after missing two weeks in the concussion protocol and beat the Steelers 16-10.

Week 6 Fantasy Football Recap!
Once again, Amazon Prime found a way to bore us to death with the Washington Commanders vs. Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football. It was 3-0 at halftime, and I was falling asleep. Wide receiver Dante Pettis caught 4-of-7 targets for 84 yards and a touchdown for the Bears. In the year’s feel-good story, Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. scored the game-winning touchdown 46 days after being shot.
Saquon Barkley rushed 22 times for 83 yards and one touchdown for the Giants. He could have had another touchdown, but he pulled a Brian Westbrook and took a knee to secure the victory over the Ravens.
Breesed lightnin’, go, Breesed lightnin’. Breece Hall rushed 20 times for 116 yards in the Jets’ Week 6 win over the Packers. The rookie phenom has become a fantasy stud. Packer’s Quarterback Aaron Rodgers hasn’t had a 300-yard passing game this season.
The Minnesota Wrecking Crew, aka The Purple People Eaters Defense, went down to Miami and had 6 sacks, 2 interceptions, and 1 fumble recovery in their 24-16 win over the Dolphins.
Matt Ryan completed 42-of-58 pass attempts for 385 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Colt’s 34-27 win against the Jaguars.
The 49ers lost to the Falcons 28-14, but San Francisco wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk had his best game of the season with 8 catches for 83 yards and two TDs.
Former L.S.U. Tigers Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase went back home to the Bayou to take on the New Orleans Saints. Joe Cool had 300 passing yards and 3 TDs, while his college roommate caught 2 of those TDs with 132 receiving yards.
Christian McCaffrey rushed 13 times for 69 yards adding seven receptions for 89 additional yards in the Panther’s 24-10 loss to the L.A. Rams. There are trade rumors that the 49ers, Bills, and Rams want to acquire CMC before the November 1 trade deadline.
With Damien Harris out with an injury, Rhamondre Stevenson rushed 19 times for 76 yards and two touchdowns in the Patriot’s Week 6 win over the Browns.
Russ can’t cook. The Bronco’s $240M Quarterback struggled again on Monday Night, only throwing for 188 yards and 1 TD in their overtime loss to the l.A. Chargers 19-16.
Buccaneer’s running back Leonard Fournette rushed 21 times for 63 yards, adding six receptions for 38 additional yards and a touchdown in a shocking 20-18 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
In the rematch, we all wanted to see Josh Allen threw for 329 yards and 3 touchdowns and wide receiver Stefon Diggs had 148 yards receiving and 1 TD in the Bills’ 27-24 Week 6 win against the Chiefs.
There were a lot of low-scoring games this week. Hopefully, that will change in week 7.

Week 5 Fantasy Football Recap!
You have to hand it to Amazon. They managed to broadcast something more boring than Rings of Power. The Thursday Night game between the Colts and Broncos will go down in history as one of the worst games ever. Running back Jonathon Taylor didn’t play, and quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Matt Ryan are on the decline.
Quarterback Josh Allen could have broken a single-game record of 554 passing yards in a game that’s been on the books since 1951. Instead, he finished decimating the Steelers with 424 yards and four touchdowns, and the Bills won 41-7. Wide receiver Gabe Davis caught 3 passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns for the Bills.
The Doomsday Defense is back. The Cowboy’s defense scored a touchdown and shut down the Super Bowl champion Rams 22-10. The Rams looked like the Detroit Lions when Matthew Stafford was their quarterback.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts had another perfect day using his legs. He had a team-high 61 rushing yards and two rushing TDs. The Eagles are 5-0 after beating the Arizona Cardinals 20-17.
Quarterback Taysom Hill scored three touchdowns and threw for another in the Saint’s 39-32 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Unfortunately for Seattle running back Rashaad Penny suffered a broken fibula and injured the tibia in his left leg on Sunday and will miss the rest of the season. Alvin Kamara rushed 23 times for 103 yards and added six catches for 91 yards for New Orleans.
The high-scoring Detroit Lions were shut out 29-0 by the New England Patriots. Running back Rhamondre Stevenson had 25 rushes for 161 yards in the Patriot’s win.
Wide receiver Justin Jefferson had 12 catches for 154 yards in the Viking’s 29-22 win over the Bears. Minnesota is 4-1. Dalvin Cook rushed 18 times for 94 yards and two touchdowns, adding two receptions for 27 yards for the Vikings.
The second-best running back in fantasy football Saquon Barkley rushed 13 times for 70 yards, a touchdown, and three catches for 36 yards in the Giants’ 27-22 win over the Packers. But, unfortunately, for Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers and his young receivers are still not meshing.
Rumor has it that Matt Ruhle will be the next head coach at the University of Nebraska, and quarterback Baker Mayfield will be a backup. The Carolina Panthers fired Ruhle after they got beat by the 49ers 37-15. In addition, Mayfield hurt his ankle and will miss a few weeks. Christian McCaffrey rushed 14 times for 54 yards and one touchdown, adding seven catches for 50 yards on 12 targets for the Panthers.
Carson Wentz puts up good fantasy points but makes bonehead decisions during the game to cost his team a win. Trailing the Tennessee Titans 21-17 in the game’s final seconds, the Washington Commanders had four shots to win from the 2-yard line. Carson’s first two passes were almost picked off, but David Long Jr. intercepted him on his third attempt to end the game.
Go, Breece Lightning. Breece Hall rushed 18 times for 97 yards and a touchdown and had two receptions for 100 additional yards in the Jets’ win over the Dolphins. The rookie from Iowa State is a must-start in your fantasy football leagues. The Dolphins are on a two-game losing streak after starting the season 3-0.
Quarterback Jacoby Brissett is a backup for a reason. With the Browns trailing the Chargers 30-28 with 2:48 on the clock, they were in field-goal range, but he threw an interception. Later, after the Chargers didn’t pick up a fourth-and-2, the Browns had a shot at getting that game-winning field goal. But, instead, rookie Cade York missed a 54-yard FG attempt, and the Chargers won 30-28. The best running back in fantasy football Nick Chubb rushed 17 times for 134 yards and two touchdowns for the Browns. Austin Ekeler rushed 16 times for 173 yards adding four catches for 26 yards and one touchdown for the Chargers.
Justin Tucker is the best kicker in the NFL. On Sunday night, he made four field goals from 20,30,40, and 50 yards in the Raven’s 19-17 win over the Bengals
Rookie running back Dameon Pierce rushed 26 times for 99 yards and a touchdown while adding three receptions for 14 yards on five targets in Houston’s win over the Jaguars.
Tom Brady gets all the calls his way. He was the benefactor of the worse call of the day when Grady Jarrett was flagged for roughing the passer. The GOAT didn’t get a penalty for trying to kick Jarrett in his junk after the play. Brady completed 35-of-52 passes for 351 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers’ 21-15 win over the Falcons.
The Raiders were a mess on Monday Night Football, blowing a 17-0 lead only to lose to the K.C. Chiefs 30-29. Travis Kelce is once again the best Tight End in Football by setting a Monday Night Football record with four TD catches. And the refs made the second worst roughing the passer call against the Chief’s Chris Jones.

Week 4 Fantasy Football Recap!
I took a much-needed month off, but now I’m back in full fantasy football mode. Here is what I have seen in the last four weeks.
Running Back Jonathan Taylor is a bust. He was a consensus #1 draft pick in most fantasy football league drafts. In week one, he rushed for 161 yards and a T.D. but hasn’t done anything since then, and now he is dealing with an ankle injury. Christian McCaffrey is coming off two straight years of injuries and is playing well, but he’s not putting up his monster numbers. On the other hand, Saquon Barkley is putting up massive numbers in New York with 463 rushing yards, and 2 T.D.s Jovantae Williams of the Broncos was finally taking the reigns as the #1 R.B. in Denver before injuring his knee on Sunday against the Raiders and is now out for the year.
Travis Kelce and Marc Andrews are the creams of the crop when it comes to Tight Ends. They both have over 250 receiving yards, 3 T.D.s. George Kittle and Darren Schultz have been marred with injuries, but the biggest disappointment is Atlanta Falcons, Kyle Pitts. He was getting drafted as the third-best tight end but only has 150 receiving yards in 4 games.
Cooper Kupp and Justin Jefferson were the top 2 wide receivers in every fantasy football league draft, and they are the Top 2 receivers going into week 5. Unfortunately, Ja’Marr Chase is off to a slow start. However, a crop of rookie receivers is making an impact. Chris Olave of the Saints, Garrett Wilson of the Jets, and Drake London of the Falcons.
Quarterbacks Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert, and Jalen Hurts are tearing up the league. Russell Wilson is still getting used to his new team in Denver. Jimmy Garoppolo didn’t practice with the 49ers all through mini-camp because it was now Trey Lance’s team. Trey got injured in week 2 and is done for the year. Jimmy G got his old job back. Dolphin’s Q.B. Tua Tagovailoa may not play again this season after suffering two concussions within five days.
Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett looks lost at times. The Dooms Day Defense is back in Dallas, thanks to Linebacker Michah Parsons. Thursday Night games have always sucked, but now they really suck because they are streaming on Amazon Prime. Troy Aikman and Joe Buck went to ESPN and are a much-needed upgrade on Monday Night Football. I’ll switch to Peyton and Eli, but I can only take them for a quarter before they start getting on my nerves.

Week 4 NFL Preseason News!
It’s Week Four of the 2022 NFL preseason. Baker Mayfield has been named QB1 for the Carolina Panthers, and his first start will be against his old team, the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland got rid of Baker because they wanted “An Adult” at QB. Well, that adult got suspended for 11 games and fined $5 Million. Aaron Rodgers puts his WRs on blast. He says, “We’ve got to be way more consistent. A lot of drops, a lot of bad route decisions, running the wrong route. We’ve got to get better in that area. You keep dropping the ball; you’re not gonna be out there.” The Bengals no longer play in the jungle. It’s been renamed Paycor Stadium. You got to do what you got to do to pay Joe Burrow. Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is missing OTA’s. Jets QB Zach Wilson to miss 2-4 weeks after knee surgery. Breaking news out of D.C. Antonio Gibson is practicing with the punt team and third-string offense. River Boat Ron says the running back job is up for grabs in Washington. A cocky reporter disrespected QB Carson Wentz. “Indy didn’t want you. Philly didn’t want you. Do you think this is your last chance in the NFL to prove you’re a starting quarterback?” Rookie Dameon Pierce is primed to take over the RB duties for the Texans. WR Antonio Brown tells Cowboys (Jerry Jones), “Call me.” Hints at a comeback. Deion “Prime Time,” Sanders says it’s too easy to get into the NFL Hall Of Fame. The standards should be higher, or he should have a “Different Color Jacket.” I agree with him.

Week 3 NFL Preseason News!
Week Three of the NFL preseason is here. Did you know that Thursday Night games are streaming on Amazon? Drew Lock was named the starting QB for the Seahawks. Good lock with that. They should have traded for Baker Mayfield. Rob Walton Voted in as Broncos Owner, Largest Price Of US Sports Team Ever. $4.65 Billion. He’s part of the Walmart family. It must be nice to have that kind of spare change lying around. Disgruntled Linebacker Roquan Smith demands to be traded from Da Bears despite wanting to stay a Chicago Bear. The NY Giants are a Giant mess right now. You have fights breaking out between offensive linemen and coaches. Why? Because Daniel Jones sucks. For the love of God, trade for Jimmy G. already before the Browns do. Bill needs to Belli-Check himself. The Boston papers say Mac Jones is struggling in their new offense. Why? Because former defensive coordinator Matt Patricia is now unofficially the offensive coordinator. What could go wrong? Did you know that the Patriots have the highest-paid group of wide receivers in the NFL at $72.2 Million? Those guys are waiver wire fodder. Dak Prescott says this will be his “Golden Year.” His “Golden year” was his rookie season. Speaking of rookies, did you see QB Malik Willis in his debut against the Ravens? He’s going to take Tannehill’s job this year. NY Jets QB will have arthroscopic surgery on his injured right knee this week. Lamar Jackson is reportedly seeking a $230M+ fully-guaranteed deal. Tom Brady has taken time off from the Bucs. Deshaun Watson’s finally apologized for his creepy behavior. Are you watching the Detroit Lions on HARD KNOCKS?
