How the Draft Cards Work
The commissioner shuffles the 16 draft cards and distributes one to each manager face down. Because each card displays a numbered helmet on the front — with the #1 card featuring a red helmet for the coveted first overall pick — every manager flips their card at the same time to reveal their draft position. As a result, draft order is determined instantly in a fun, dramatic reveal that gets the room fired up. Additionally, you can put all the cards in a hat and have managers draw their pick position one at a time.
