Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

If, for some reason, you don’t get your draft board on time, refuse delivery when it arrives, and UPS will return the draft board to us, and we will issue you a full refund as long as the product has not been used. If the draft board arrives on time, but you are not home, or someone else in your league already bought a draft board, or if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of you receiving it, as long as the product has not been used. Write RETURN TO SENDER under the shipping label and drop it off at a UPS store. Once it is returned to us, we will give you a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account and notify you by e-mail. We do not charge any restocking fees.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible to fix it. Please E-mail us at customerhelp@commishkit.com or call us at 512.744.3740 and let us know. Don’t wait to check your order! Last season, someone had ordered their kit two months in advance but didn’t check the labels until the night before their draft and then called to yell at us two months later because a page was missing. Don’t be that guy!

No stickers placed on the board will be accepted. All sheets of labels must be intact on all the pages. T-shirts must be unworn (NOT USED) if you want a refund. T-shirts may be exchanged for another size. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling when sending back for an exchange.

NOTE: When purchasing underwear, please make sure you order the correct size because underwear are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to Federal Health regulations.

If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card from us, we will let the banks and credit card companies handle the situation. We will provide them all the supporting documents that are necessary. (i.e.) invoice, online billing authorization, proof of delivery, tracking details, shipping details, terms and conditions, along with our return/refund policy and an explanation.

Free Shipping

• Free shipping for one item of wall-hanging Draft Boards, Apparel, player labels, or bye weeks sticker if shipped via Priority Mail (3 to 4 days).
• Free shipping per item of one Stand-Up Draft Board if shipped via FedEx (3 to 4 days)

2 Day

• $45.00 for 2nd day shipping per item of wall-hanging Draft Boards, Labels, or Apparel.
• $95.00 for 2nd day shipping per item of Stand-Up Draft Board.

Overnight

• $75.00 for overnight shipping per item of wall-hanging Draft Boards, Labels, or Apparel.
• $145.00 for overnight shipping per item of Stand-Up Draft Board.

There is no shipping discount on orders of multiple Stand-Up Draft Boards.

International

For international orders please contact customerhelp@commishkit.com and we will arrange delivery

Product delivery schedule

For orders that are shipped via USPS Priority service, please allow 3-4 business days from your order date to receive your product. USPS will ship to most locations within 3-4 business days except when USPS considers a location as remote. If this occurs, USPS will take about 1 week for delivery. Please use the provided tracking # to track your package with USPS.

Commish Kit Tips & Recommendations

If your draft is the Next Day, use OverNight. (Saturday Delivery Available via FedEx).

If your draft is 5-10 days (or more) from today, use the Free Shipping Option (which we ship via USPS Priority).

Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not considered business days, so please take this into account when ordering with our Free Shipping / normal USPS Priority service.

Saturday shipping available to most locations via FedEx.

Please let us know your draft day when you place your order; we’d be happy to figure out the best option for you.

Overnight Service

Commish Kit now uses FedEx Standard Overnight service for orders placed before 10am CST (9am EST / 11am Mountain Time / 12pm Pacific Time) for delivery by next business afternoon.

Stand- Up Kits

We ship all of our Stand-Up kits via FedEx.

Paper Kits

We ship all of our paper kits, apparel, stand-alone labels and add-ons by Priority mail via the USPS. Track your package via www.usps.com. Note: sometimes the Post Office takes a day or two to update your tracking information on their site.

Military Orders

We deliver to the military via Priority Mail. Overnight or 2nd Day is not available to military bases.

GOLF / CASINO PICKUP

If you are having a draft at a golf course or casino/hotel, please put down whether you are hotel guest or a member of the golf course.

International Shipping

– We do ship outside of the United States.
– We’ve sent numerous Commish Kits to Australia, Canada, England, and Germany.
– We use Priority International via the United States Postal Service. It’s an extra charge of $60.00 on top of the price of the item you want to purchase.
